8. Cookies & analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. On your first visit, a cookie notice asks for your choice. You can accept all, decline all, or decide per category via “Manage preferences”. Non-essential cookies are only placed after you explicitly allow them.
Cookies are grouped into three categories:
- Essential — necessary for the basic operation of the site and always active; no consent is required. This concerns functional storage such as your language choice and remembering your cookie preference. This data is not used to track you.
- Analytics — to understand, in anonymised form, how visitors use the website so the experience can be improved. This includes Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, duration, source; anonymised IP addresses) and Microsoft Clarity (statistics and anonymised session replays, for example where visitors click or scroll; sensitive input is automatically masked).
- Marketing — to measure the return of any advertising campaigns. This includes Google Ads, for example to measure whether a contact enquiry originated from an advertisement.
These services are provided by Google and Microsoft. In doing so, data may be processed outside the European Union. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so that no analytics or advertising tracking starts without your consent, and the categories are applied separately (you can, for example, allow analytics but decline marketing).
Your choice is remembered. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser cookies, after which the cookie notice will appear again.
9. Security of data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to correct inaccurate data, to have your data deleted where legally possible, and to object to certain forms of processing. Requests can be addressed to hello@dulguunotgonjav.com.
11. Complaints
If you have complaints about the processing of your personal data, you can contact the Belgian supervisory authority:
